<br />Margraves, Phillips, and Estes Addition, being numbers 838, 846, 854, and
<br />902 7th Street N. E., to Glenda K. Jackson, was presented. A motion was made
<br />by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Plata, for approval of the
<br />resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />Resolution No. 2001-092, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, on
<br />behalf of the City of Paris, the tax resale deed and any and all documents
<br />necessary to convey the property described as Lot 11, City Block 96, being
<br />number 833 3rd Street N. W., to Billy & Linda Hill, was presented. A motion
<br />was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Plata, for approval
<br />of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />Resolution No. 2001-093, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, on
<br />behalf of the City of Paris, the tax resale deed and any and all documents
<br />necessary to convey the property described as Lot 8, City Block 100, being
<br />number 747 Long Street, to Jackie J. & Deborah J. Jones, was presented. .
<br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Plata, for
<br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.

<br />816 Sth Street N. E., to James Edward Mitchell, was presented. A motion was
<br />made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Plata, for approval of the
