<br />behalf of the City of Paris, the tax resale deed and any and all documents
<br />necessary to convey the property described as Lots 18 & 19, City Block 72-A,
<br />being numbers 755 and 757 7th Street N. E., to Robert Harmon, was presented.
<br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Plata, for
<br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />Resolution No. 2001-097, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, on
<br />behalf of the City of Paris, the tax resale deed and any and all documents
<br />necessary to convey the property described as Lot 13, Block l, Pine Bluff
<br />Addition, being number 1339 E. Price Street, to Ham & T., Inc., was
<br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman
<br />Plata, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />Resolution No. 2001-098, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, on
<br />behalf of the City of Paris, the tax resale deed and any and all documents
<br />necessary to convey the property described as Lot 4, City Block 89, being
<br />number 779 4th Street N. W., to Margaret A. & Jimmy Robins, was presented.

<br />Pacific Addition, being number 1559 S. Main Street, to Ralph Rodgers, was
<br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman
