T. Brannon Corporation. <br />City Manager Malone advised the City Council that they had been furnished <br />a copy of the study of Lake Crook for their review and that there are several <br />different options available for adoption. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Manning to adopt the <br />recommendation of Option Number Two. <br />City Manager Malone read Option No. Two with the recommendations. <br />Mark Rothfuss appeared before the City Council in support of Option Number <br />Two of the Lake Crook Study. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Bell and carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Pfiester called for consideration of and action on selecting an <br />engineering firm for the Downtown StreetScape Project, "Statewide <br />Transportation Enhancement Program" Grant No. CSJ-0901-29-017, Project <br />STP 2000 (615) TE. <br />City Manager Malone advised that there were two proposals for this project <br />and recommended that the proposal of Hayter Engineering be selected. <br />City Manager Malone advised that two firms are being considered to design <br />this project, ARCHITEXAS and Hayter Engineering. City Manager Malone <br />stated that the staff was utilizing a process set out by TXDOT regulations on <br />how to go about choosing a consultant. He said this is the recommendation <br />
