Manhole to open at internal tank pressures exceeding 8 P51. To be <br />protected by rollover struct re to prevent opening during vehicle roilover. To be <br />fitted with a suitable replac able gasket. <br />10. TANK REGULATIONS: Tanik to meet Federal DOT Regulations for tranzporting hot <br />asphalt. , <br />
