City Council Minutes <br />September 13, 2000 <br />Page 12 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2000-132, authorizing the City Manager to purchase a 1990 <br />model Ford F800 dump truck VIN No. DXK4A7LVA11204, State General <br />Services Commission inventoryNo. 03964E, for a purchase price of $8,400.00, <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by <br />Councilman McCarthy, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 200-133, resolving that the Law Enforcement Block Grants <br />Program Grant Award in the total amount of $60,570.00 requiring matching <br />contribution of $6,730.00 be, and is hereby accepted, was presented. A motion <br />was made by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, <br />for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2000-134, approving that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter <br />791 of the Texas Government Code the form of the Emergency Medical <br />Services Interlocal Cooperation Contract for providing services to the area of <br />Lamar County, State of Texas, outside the city limits of the City of Paris, was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by <br />Councilman Bell, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />There being no further business, a motion was made by Councilman Carter, <br />seconded by Councilman McCarthy, to adjourn the meeting. <br />MICHAEL J.
