A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by <br />Councilman McCarthy, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 200-133, resolving that the Law Enforcement Block Grants <br />Program Grant Award in the total amount of $60,570.00 requiring matching <br />contribution of $6,730.00 be, and is hereby accepted, was presented. A motion <br />was made by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, <br />for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2000-134, approving that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter <br />791 of the Texas Government Code the form of the Emergency Medical <br />Services Interlocal Cooperation Contract for providing services to the area of <br />Lamar County, State of Texas, outside the city limits of the City of Paris, was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by <br />Councilman Bell, for approval of the resolution.
