City Council Meeting <br />September 7, 2000 <br />Page 12 <br />2) to a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) With Specific Use Permit <br />(25) Nursery or Daycare on Lot 3, Block A, Eastfield Addition. <br />After a considerable amount of discussion, a motion was made by Mayor Pro <br />Tem Manning, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, to deny the petition ofNell <br />Fleming for a change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 <br />(SF-2) to a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) With Specific Use <br />Permit (25) Nursery or Daycare on Lot 3, Block A, Eastfield Addition. The <br />motion carried 3 ayes, 2 nays, Councilman Plata, and Councilman Carter <br />voting no. <br />Mayor Pfiester called for consideration of and action on recommendation of the <br />Replat of Lots 3, 4, and 28A, City Block 222-A, being number 2143 Lamar <br />Ave. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, seconded by <br />Councilman Plata, for approval of the Replat . The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />Mayor Pfiester asked if there were any corrections to the minutes of previous <br />meetings, there being none, the minutes were approved as presented. <br />City Manager Malone advised the City Council that they had been furnished <br />a copy of the minutes of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board, Paris <br />Economic Development Corporation, Paris Main Street Advisory Board, and <br />the City Council Drainage Study Committee with no action being required. <br />City Manager Malone presented bids for furnishing and delivery of Liquid <br />Chlorine for use at the Water Treatment Plant, and the following bids were <br />presented: <br />Delta Distributors <br />Harcros Chemicals <br />Altivia <br />DPC Industries <br />$301.00 per ton <br />$323.00 " " <br />$365.00 " " <br />$429.00 " " <br />
