City Council Meeting <br />February 8, 2001 <br />Page 4 <br />building regardless of who purchases the building, which will preserve some <br />of the historical significance of the structure. <br />City Attorney Schenk presented the following rezoning petitions: Max <br />Killingsworth, Jr., Lot 4, City Block 257-A, from a One-Family Dwelling District <br />No. 2 to a Multiple-Family Dwelling No. 1 District; Eric Clifford, Lot 1, City <br />Block 313, from Agricultural Districtto Commercial District; Tammie Green, Lot <br />10A, City Block 75, from a Two-Family Dwelling District to a One-Family <br />Dwelling District No. 3 with Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes. <br />Mayor Pfiester referred the petitions to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />for their study and recommendation at their meeting scheduled for March 5, <br />2001, and before the City Council March 8, 2001. <br />City Manager Malone reported that regarding the salary survey that city staff <br />was in the process of working on the survey with The Waters Consulting <br />Group out of Dallas and hoped to have it finished by mid February. <br />Mayor Pfiester reminded the public about the public hearing scheduled <br />regarding Lake Crook on February 13, 2001, at 6:00 P. M. at the Love Civic <br />Center. <br />There being no further business, a motion was made by Councilman Bell, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, to adjourn the meeting. <br />MICHAEL J.
