Robert Talley stated the structure <br />is deteriorating to the point it is buckling in the center. The foundation is gone and the <br />roof is collapsing. Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Nancy Anderson to <br />send all structures to the Building and Standards Commission, since they cannot be <br />rehabilitated nor do they have significant historical value.
