If the property has never been platted, you must submit a preliminary plat
to be approved before the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z). A Preliminary Plat Review
form lists the plat requirements and a Preliminarv Plat Submittal Checklist list must be submitted
to the City of Paris. The deadline for submitting any plat is 17 days before the first Monday of
the month.
A site plan and construction plans for the subdivision or development may be submitted with the
preliminary plat to the Engineering, Planning & Development Department.
