No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Commissioner Jerry Haning stated he has questions regarding special events, were will <br />people park when there are special services. Ms. Ladell stated they will all be parking on <br />the property itself, no one will park on Graham Street. Motion was made by Charles <br />Richards, seconded by Bryan Glass to approve the variance request. Motion carried 5-0. <br />S.
