duplication of work (i.e. KSA does not need to evaluate or estimate costs for the fifteen projects already <br />analyzed by Hayter). They will simply work those projects into the overall CIP, and doing so will actually <br />save them a little bit of time. They are familiar with and fully supportive of the DWSRF loan. <br />The council can either include the $3.4 million within the $50 million we tentatively talked about and <br />instructed KSA to plan for, or we can simply add the $3.4 million to the $50 million. I generally prefer <br />the latter, but in either case, I recommend that we proceed with the loan as agreed upon in May. <br />Should the council need more information or more time, the December 10 agenda item seeks only to <br />authorize advertising the issuance of certificates of obligation, so we could proceed with that step alone, <br />and still change our minds later if desired. <br />• ' <br />
