Can we access our account information online? <br />All CAPP cities will be able to access their account information at www.firstchoiceoower.com . Click on <br />2/Easy Switch at the top of our home page and it will take you to the account view area. This is a <br />secure area and you will be prompted to fiil in key information to view your account profile. <br />18. Does First Choice Power offer any energy programs? <br />Yes. Johnson Controls is a valued First Choice Power partner. They offer numerous facility system <br />services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other related services. A meeting is planned for <br />February 2002. <br />19. Who do I call to report an outage? <br />You will need to call your local TDSP (TXU, WTU or TNMP) to notify them of the outage. If for any <br />reason you experience difficult or delays in reaching them, please let First Choice Power know and we <br />will contact your TDSP directiy on your behalf. Be sure to remember to have your ESI number ready to <br />give them. This will speed up the process and help identify your account. <br />20. Will electronic drefting be available? If yes, what kind of format will FCP be using? Will there <br />be one draft for all accounts once a month? <br />Yes, your designated bank account wiil be drafted once a month for all of your electric service <br />accounts. You can also pay on our website, however online payment will not be automatic each <br />month, on-line payment is currently a month-month process. <br />21. Who do I contact regarding frenchise fees? <br />Piease contact your TDSP (TXU, WTU or TNMP) directly about franchise fees. <br />21. Who do I call if I need to request interval meter data readings or other special meter data <br />requests? <br />Please contact your TDSP (TXU, WTU or TNMP) to request special meter services.
