Thisincludesrevenuerequirementsandallocation <br />of cost to all customer classes. In addition, this projed <br />includes a depreciation analysis of infrastructure assets to <br />review the useful lives of oll of the departmenYs assets for <br />water and sewec Carter & Burgess is also developing mst <br />oi service and design of water supply standby charges. <br />City of Longview Meter <br />Accuracy Tests <br />Longview, Texas <br />Sevem Trent Pipeline Services conduded o studyofsix meters. <br />Velociry prafiles were taken and measured at eoch location. <br />The flow was measured at three di$ereni Bow rates to <br />determine performance flow of each meter. Twenry-four <br />hour flow measurements were also made at each location. <br />City of Corpus Christi <br />Meter Accuracy Tests <br />Corpus Christi, Texas <br />Severn Trent Pipeline Services conduded a study of four <br />meters. Velociryprofilesweretakenandmeasuredateach <br />location. The flow was measured ot three different flow <br />ratestodetermineperformanceflowofeachmeter.
