Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code <br />inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and <br />Structures, " to determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated arrd <br />designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris. <br />A. 406 Pine Bluff <br />Code Enforcement recommendation to demolish structure. <br />B. 350 4t" Street N.W. <br />Code Enforcement recommendation to demolish structure. <br />C. 725 5'h Street N.W. <br />Code Enforcement recommendation to demolish structure. <br />D. 715 5'h Street N.W. <br />Code Enforcement recommendation to demolish structure. <br />E. 160 West Center Street <br />Code Enforcement recommendation to demolish structure. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Douglas Cox to send all structures to <br />the Building and Standards Commission, since they cannot be rehabilitated nor do they <br />have significant historical value. Motion carried 5-0. <br />5. Report from Robert Talley, Code Enforcement Supervisor status of Historic district <br />properties. <br />Robert Talley stated the status on 24 and 26 Clarksville Street waiting for the City <br />
