Kaufman <br />4:15 p.m. <br />r�bsent <br />Britin Bostick <br />Casey Ressler <br />Cleonne Drake <br />,�pproval of minutes. Motion by Jill Drake second Fred Green Morion Carried 5-0 <br />Managers' report <br />Update: received design rendering for Paris Community Theater Brown Creative Art Center. That <br />Guys coffee also received a design rendering and is considering changes based on the <br />recommendation. <br />Festival of pumpkins was very successful. 8000 and 10,000 estimated turn out. <br />Handed out applications to vendors for next year. The concert had good reviews, but not the <br />anticipated attendance. Grand theater tours were also successful. Pumpkin patch was a great <br />fundraiser. Sold $6500 worth of pumpkins, received 25% of sells with $400 in donations. Over 40 <br />individuals and groups volunteered to run the patch. <br />Downtown Trick or Treating successful, hundreds of people come downtown for this. <br />Christmas tree lighting was successful. There was Santa, Reindeer, Carolers in vintage costumes. <br />Estimated 500 attendees <br />Communit�� effort for the downtown tree: Keep Paris beautiful donated $1000, r�rt Alliance $750, <br />Turner Pipe, Parks and Recreation, and Main Street, Traffic and Sanitation <br />Dog dash -fundraiser for Lamar Count�� Humane Associate and Salvation Arm��. It is at 10:00 a.m. <br />December 8th. <br />
