The contractor will be responsible for <br />preparing a complete SWPPP as required by TCEQ. <br />• Complete traffic control plans have not been included. �The traffic control and <br />construction sequencing plans provided by G&A will be a guide for the contractor. <br />Detailed traffic control plans will be provided by the contractor as required by the City. <br />• The City will obtain right-of-entry letters from property owners for any required <br />construction work space outside the existing right-of-way; temporary construction <br />easements will not obtained by the City. . <br />• No irrigation and landscape plans, TDLR submittal, street light, or traffic signal design <br />will be required. <br />• No field surveying will be performed in order to prepa.re Record Drawings. City and <br />Contractor plan markups will be used exclusively for this purpose. <br />Fee <br />The proposed fee is included in the manhour estimate provided in Exhibit A. The OPCC is <br />provided in Exhibit B, and a Summary of Sheets to be prepazed by G&A is provided in E�ibit <br />C. A proposed project schedule is provided in Exhibit D. A proposal fro� Apex Geoscience, <br />Inc. for the geotechnical report is also attached. <br />Fee Summary <br />Lump Sum (LS) fees are proposed except where noted as a per unit fee (UF) or a Cost Plus (CP) <br />reimbursable fee. The Cost Plus fees provided shall not be exceeded without prior written <br />approval of the City.
