Testing on contaminated <br />samples will be performed at stated cost per test plus the cost of protective clothing and a 25°/a additional charge for speciai <br />handling. Contaminated soil and groundwater samples will be returned to the client upon completion of testing at shipping cost + <br />15%, plus any necessary permit costs. <br />The prices listed above include three copies of the report distributed in accordance with the Clients instructions and mailed, via U.S. <br />Postal Service. Additional copies will be billed at a rate of $20 each. Copies of our reports can be provided via facsimile <br />transmission for an additional charge of $30.00. Services and fees not included will be quoted upon request. <br />Equipment including steam cleaners, coring machines, core boxes, surge blocks, water level probes, generators, air compressors, <br />etc. can be provided upon request. Outside services and equipment provided at cost plus 15%. Specialized computer services and <br />analyses quoted on an individual basis. Use of this schedule shall incorporate Apex's current General Conditions, which shall <br />govern over conflicts with other conditions. <br />
