B. PERFORMANCE Overall, R.I.M. Enterprises will be availabie to the City from project initiation to project comp(etion and will be responsible for all administative aspects of the Texas Community Development Program. As identified above, Robert L. Jones, will be the staffperson assigned to the City. Resume of Mr. 7ones is attached to the Response to the Request for Proposals. R.I.M. Enterprises offers the expertise necessary to complete the project with minimai delays. R.I.M. Enterprises will be available to the City for the duration of the project and will obligate the necessary time and resources to complete the project within the required time-frame. No subcontracts or joint ventures will be utilized without the approval of the City. R.I.M. Enterprises will assume sole responsibility for administrarive duties relative to the Texas Community Development Program in the City of Paris. C. PERSONNEL/OUALIFICATIONS R.I.M. Enterprises is a consulting firm practicing in both Texas and Arkansas. The firm specializes in the administration of State and Federal programs in wnjunction with or on behalf of local jurisdictions. RIM is one of the few Management Firms with experience with the Class Action suite Fund Programs. The attached Qualifications Statement provides detailed insight on the firm's expertise and references. Robert Jones will be the staff person assigned to the City for the Texas Community Development Project. R.I.M. Enterprises has over 20 years experience in administering grants and has supervised a multitude of Texas Community Development Projects of a similar nature.
