Motion was made by Douglas Cox, seconded by Nancy Anderson to send all structures to <br />the Building and Standards Commission since they cannot be rehabilitated nor do they <br />have significant historical value with the exception of item 3-L (339 W. Kaufinan) <br />which will be brought back at the next meeting for consideration. Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. A motion was made to table discussion on the use of stucco in the historic district until <br />the 2/25/2013 by Britin Bostick, seconded by Nancy Anderson, Motion Carried 5-0 <br />5.
