Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />H. 433 E Grove, City of Paris, Block 74-C, Lot 10 <br />Owner: Jimmy R& Margaret A Robins, 767 17th ST NE Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley spoke Jimmy Robins and Mr. Robins agreed that the property needs <br />to be demo' ed. Mr. Robin stated that he cannot financially afford the demo and if <br />the City will demo the property he will make anangements with the finance office <br />to make payments. <br />Robert Talley stated the property has broken windows, graffiti, large holes in <br />floor inside and water damage. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 60 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 60 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />I. 744 NE St'', City of Paris, Block 72, Lot 11 <br />Owner: Barbara Thomas, 426 E Tudor Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley has had no contact with the owner. <br />Robert Talley stated that the structure is unsecure, roof is deteriorating, tree limbs <br />are on the roof, shingles have peeled, windows are open, inside wood missing, <br />water damage, sheet rock rotting, doors open, and the shed in the back is <br />deteriorating and unsecure also. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Don Wilson to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />J. 1046 NE 7,tn, pickard Addition, Block 4, Lot 5-A <br />Owners: Melissa Gentry % Trinita R Wilson 701 West 104�' Place Los Angeles, <br />CA 90044 <br />Robert Talley has had no contact with the owner. <br />Robert Talley stated that the roof is collapsing, there are large holes in the roof, <br />has deteriorating shingles and wood, the foundation is sinking, and some of the <br />roof is gone. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Chris Brown to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />� <br />
