Motion carried 6-0. <br />M. 236 NE 6TH, City of Paris, Block 35, Lot 22 <br />Owner: Jack T Tharp, 608 Pine Bluff Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley talked to Mr. Tharp. Mr. Tharp is in his 80's and asked for 60 days <br />to demo the structure. <br />Robert stated that the roof is collapsing, deterioration of roofs, deterioration and <br />missing wood, foundation sinking and buckling. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 60 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Wendell Moore to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 60 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property.
