Mr. Tharp is in his 80's and asked for 60 days to demo the structure. Robert stated that the roof is collapsing, deterioration of roofs, deterioration and missing wood, foundation sinking and buckling. Robert Talley's recommendation: 60 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty.
