Dev. & Tourism <br />Office of the Governor <br />Doug Wehrman, Chairman, established that a quorum was present and called the meeting to order <br />at 1:07 p.m. <br />Steve Gilbert provided those present with a slide presei�tation focusing on the following items: <br />a) FY 2012-2013 Proposed Budget Amendments. <br />b) 2013 Operational Priorities and Business Plan Implementation Year 2. <br />c) 90-Day Agreement with Richard Seline. <br />d) Paris EDC Return On Investment (ROI) Discussion. <br />Kenny Dority made a motion to approve the budget amendments, as presented; seconded by Toni Clem. <br />Motion Carried 4-0. <br />Bruce Carr brought to their attention that some of the budget amend�nents had not been discussed yet <br />and would be discussed in Executive Session. e.g., Steve Gilbert's annual evaluation. <br />Kenny Dority withdrew his motion; seconded by Toni Clem. Motion Carried 4-0. <br />The Board convened into executive session at 3:02 p.m. pursuant to Section 55].071, Section 551.072, <br />551.074 and Section SS l.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate on the following: <br />A. Section 551.071 — Consultation with Attorney <br />B. Section 551.072 - Real Property <br />C. Section 551.074 — Personnel Matters <br />D. Section 551.087 — Economic Development Negotiations <br />The Board re-convened into open session at 3:31 p.m. As a result of executive session discussion, the Board <br />took the following action: <br />Kenny Dority inade the motion to proceed with an agree�nent, subject to final approval by legal <br />counsel, with Potters lndustries and the Paris Texas Industrial Foundation to accept a deed for the rail spur <br />north of Potters at 19`�' Street NW; seconded by Toni Clem.
