PROPERTY MEETS THE SETBACK OF THE TOWER ORDINANCE WITH NO <br />CHANGES REQUIRED, AND IS ALSO AN APPROPRIATE LOCATION BASED ON THE <br />TROUT STUDY. IN OTHER WORDS, THE TOWER COULD BE PLACED ON WAYNE <br />BROWN'S PROPERTY AS A MATTER OF RIGHT AND THE BIG TEX AREA COULD BE <br />LEFT AS IS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MR. BROWN AND HE WELCOMES THE TOWER ON <br />Id'IS PROPERTY. MR. BROWN, ALSO, HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH FAULK & <br />FOSTER AND THEY HAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT MR. BROWN'S PROPERTY <br />WOULD NOT MEET THE ZONING REQUIREMENTS. I SPOKE WITH BELINDA BODIE <br />REGARDING MR. BROWN'S PROPERTY ON FRIDAY, JUNE 17, 2002. I ASSURED MS. <br />BODIE THAT MR. BROWN's PROPERTY MEETS ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE <br />TOWER ORDINANCE. BECAUSE FAULK AND FOSTER IS REQUESTING <br />EXTRAORDINARY RELIEF IN THE APPROVAL OF THEIR REQUEST I BELIEVE THEY <br />SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO EXPLAIN WHY THE HAVE NOT CONSIDERED THE <br />BROWN PROPERTY AS AN ALTERNATIVE SITE. <br /> <br /> <br />
