1 <br />PLUbIDING <br />Diviaion 15-A <br />Plumbing <br />GENERAL: The Plumber shall furnish all material, labor, <br />and tr.ansportation.required for the performance of the <br />work herein described. <br />He shall keep a competent foreman on the premises while <br />his work is in progress. He shall obtain necessary <br />permits and pay all fees therefor.~ He shall be <br />responsible for damage to property caused by him or his <br />employees. He shall protect his.work from damage and work <br />in harmony with other trades. He shall remove all rubbish <br />and accumulation resulting from his work daily. <br />Plumbing work shall comply with all laws having <br />jurisdiction over the work including the local ordinances <br />- ; and the prevailing Building Cqde. The Plumber <br />shall examine the general plans, the 'plan, the , <br />plumbing plan, and specifications and make suie he <br />understands the conditions under which he must work. <br />Visit the building site and secure first hand information <br />reqarding the location and depth of water, gas, and sewer <br />lines. Refer to the Foundation Plan and notice the depth <br />and location of grade beams. If necessity to run lines <br />through concrete, provide sleeves in concrete. <br />_ sCOPE: This contract shall include all plumbing shown on <br />plans specified here-in, to provide a complete plumbing <br />system including: <br />cold water system <br />hot water system <br />gas distribution system <br />sanitary sewer system <br />condensate drains to A/C equipment <br />Under another contract ice maker equipment shall be <br />furnished and set in place. Make all plumbing connections <br />complete, including: <br />cold water <br />sewer <br />kitchen equipment <br />GUARANTEE: The Plumber shall guarantee all plumbing to be <br />free from defects in material and workmanship for a period <br />_ of one year after final completion of the building. <br />He shall repair or replace any such defects without cost <br />to the Owner. <br /> <br />~ <br />
