Diviaion 2-8 Site Improv. <br />MISCELLANSOUS SITE IRROVSlENTS <br />GBNERAL: This Sub-COntractor shall read and comply with <br />the General Requirements, and furnish all material, labor, <br />and transportation, etc., required for the performance of <br />the work herein. He shall keep a competent foreman on the <br />premises while work of this division is in progress. He <br />shall obtain necessary permits and pay all fees. He shall <br />be responsible Por damage to property caused by him or his <br />employees. He shall protect his work, the Owner's property <br />and work of other trades from damage. From time to time, <br />as the work progresses, he shall remove all rubbish and <br />accumulation resulting from his work. Sub-Contractor shall <br />visit the building site and make sure he understands the <br />conditions under which he must work. <br />SCOPB: This section shall include concrete walks, Curb and <br />6utter, and paving, concrete aprons to comply with city <br />requirements concrete drives and parking lot, A/C equipment <br />pads and transformer pad, Concrete culvert under drive and <br />at front of lot. <br />I.AiP3 AND ORDINANCE3: In the execution of this contract, <br />this Sub-Contractor shall secure and pay all cost of <br />permits, comply with all Federal, State, County and City <br />laws, ordinances, and regulations, notwithstanding anything <br />herein to the contrary and he shall protect the Owner from <br />all damage arising from any such violations. <br />GpARANTEE: The Contractor shall guarantee the entire ~ <br />installation to be free from defects in material and <br />worlananship for a period of one year. When directed by the <br />Architect, he shall correct any such defects without cost <br />to the Owner. <br />aRADING SOR SITE IMPROVElENT3: Grading shall be done as per <br />Division 2-A. Check grading as shown on plans and do all <br />fine grading required for site improvements. Sub-grade for <br />improvements shall be brought to true and uniform grade <br />working to grade stakes as required but not over 201-0 <br />apart. Remove all grass, trees, roots and debris to be <br />removed and protect grass and trees to stay. <br />13 <br />
