Smokehouse. We think this is a unique store because we plan on having a <br />Convenience Store, Car Wash, a Which Wich and a Denny's restaurant. The following individual spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Barney Bray III, 3230 Mahaffey Paris, Texas, represented the property owner; <br />spoke in favor of the petition. Barney Bray III stated he has developed duplexes on <br />the 400 block of 25th Street N.E. and he was not aware that one of the lots was <br />zoned One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) instead of Multi-Family <br />Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1). Mr. Bray further stated that he was seeking <br />approval to change the zoning from One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) to <br />Multi-Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1)., to be able to continue to building <br />duplexes on this lot. <br />B. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Rodney Pollard for a <br />change in zoning from a Single-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) to a Two Family <br />Dwelling District (2F) on Lot 41, Ciry Block B of the Windsor Estates Subdivision, being <br />located in the 3700 Block of Castlegate Drive. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A.
