Mr. Talley was asked about how much it would cost to have this house <br />demolished. Mr. Talley stated it could be anywhere from $1200 to $3000, that <br />the city was charged by the ton and it would be hard for him to give an accurate <br />dollar figure not knowing how many tons it would be. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Zac Saffle to follow Robert <br />Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in <br />30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a$1000 per day <br />civil penalty to the property.
