Ms. Winn stated <br />that she is just now getting he~ house paid for and does not want <br />Commercial zoning. Ms. Winn stated that the neighbors do not want <br />Commercial zoning but are afraid to speak out. <br /> <br />Melissa Giberson opposes the zoning stating that she and her husband <br />are just starting a new family and fears that Commercial zoning would <br />increase traffic. <br /> <br />There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared <br />closed. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of Donn, a Swindle for a <br />change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a <br />Neighborhood Service District (NS), Lot 5, City Block 226-A, being <br />number 664 SE 22ad Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to deny by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Reeves <br />Hayter. Motion failed by a vote of 3 ayes and 4 nays. Motion was made <br />to approve by Cleveland Thomas and seconded by Barbara Forrest. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 4 ayes and 3 nays. ~' <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the abandonment of a street known as 3rd <br />Street SE in the Texas & Pacific Addition beginning at the north <br />boundary line of Paris Boulevard going North to Sycamore Street. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />There was no one present to speak in opposition to the petition, the <br />public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition to consider the <br />abandonment of a street known as 3rd Street SE in the Texas & Pacific <br /> <br />Addition beginning at the north boundary line of Paris Boulevard going <br /> <br /> <br />
