Main. <br /> <br /> Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers, seconded by Louis <br /> Yates. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />4. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Charles Fulbright for a <br /> change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) to <br /> a Neighborhood Service District (NS), Lots 3 and 5, Block Q, East Park <br /> Addition, being the 1400 Block of Fitzhugh. <br /> <br /> The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br /> Charles Fulbright, 1008 17th N. E., appeared before the Commission in <br /> behalf of his petition. Mr. Fulbright advised that he and his wife has <br /> purchased this property and is requesting a change from a One-Family <br /> Dwelling District No. 2 (SF~2) to a Neighborhood Service District(NS). <br /> Mr. Fulbright said it is his plan to build a small family restaurant at <br /> this location. He advised that there is adequate space for parking. <br /> <br /> There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />5.
