5. Status of Mr. David Jones (Air Direct L.L.C.) request for Charter
Operations permit to City Council:

Mr. Haynes explained that the request was tabled in November pending
changing in the ordinances and brought to the Council in December.

6. Mr. Jones had requested that he be excluded from the volunteer fire
training required in the charter. This is a moot point since there is no
volunteer fire department at the airport any longer. The second item
has to do with the availability of charter services in twelve (12) hours.
This is not practical since he has only one plane and could be gone
during the request time. Also, the FAA requires that he receive a
certain amount of rest between flights. Motion by J.W. Ashmore,
seconded by Don Morrell to make the changes as requested. The
motion passed unanimously.

7. A review of the Aviation Permit requests for 2003 was presented. The
following permit requests were approved by the Board.
