EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN / <br />- " INFORMING THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> The City of Paris Police Department has taken the following actions to <br /> ensure that information relating to our policy disallowing racial <br />- profiling has been made known to the public: <br /> <br />_ 1. Made racial profiling policy available to all local media, (radio <br /> stations, television) <br /> <br />- ~ 2. Published racial profiling policy information and complaint <br /> procedure in The Paris News (local newspaper) <br /> <br /> 3. Published racial profiling policy and complaint information, <br />- which may be accessed at any time on our city website: <br /> www.cityofpa ristexas.com <br /> <br />- 4. Created complaint forms which are available at any time from <br /> any officer of the department or from the lobby of the police <br />- station at any time. <br /> <br /> 5. Chief of Police has made racial profiling policy known to social <br />- service groups through speeches at Lions Club, Rotary Club, <br /> Leadership Lamar County, etc... <br /> <br /> <br />
