Myers. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br /> 4. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Mark Easlon for a change in <br /> zoning from an Office District (O) to a Commercial District (C), Lot 6, <br /> City Block 306-A, being the 300 Block of Stone Avenue. <br /> <br /> The public hearing was declared open. <br /> Mark Easlon, 2540 Meadowlark, spoke in favor of the petition stating <br /> that he wanted to build an office building at this location but he had one <br /> tenant that wanted to build a dry cleaners. The dry cleaners would <br /> require General Retail zoning. <br /> There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br /> 5. Consideration of and action on the petition of MarkEaslon for a change <br /> in zoning from an Office District (O) to a Commercial District (C), Lot <br /> 6, City Block 306-A, being the 300 Block of Stone Avenue. <br /> Motion was made to approve as General Retail by Bobby Myers, <br /> seconded by Marshall Kent.
