Consideration of and action on the Amended Replat, Lots 11, 12, 13, 25, <br /> 26, Block 1, Warren Addition. <br /> <br /> Reeves Hayter stated that the setback on Maple Street should not be <br /> allowed to go beyond the other houses on the street. <br /> <br /> Steve Methven stated that the zoning ordinance states that when two <br /> zoning districts meet that the most restrictive zoning setback must be <br /> met. In this case, Single Family zoning abuts Commercial zoning, <br /> therefore, Commercial zoning must meet the setback of the Single <br /> Family on Maple Street. <br /> <br /> Motion was made to deny the petition by Russell McCain and seconded <br /> by Bobby L. Myers. Motion denied by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br /> 7. Meeting adjourned at 6:30. <br /> <br /> <br />
