Proposal <br /> Comprehensive Water Distribution System Audit <br /> <br />for 17 miles of parallet 84-inch and 72-inch raw water and external comparisons and train SAWS personnel in its <br />transmission mains from the Iron Bridge Pump Station to use for [uture studies. The findings artbase analyses will be <br />the interim Balancing Reservoir. used to identify opportunities for improvements at SAWS. <br /> Carter & Burgess utilized our custom program to perform <br />2-.~:~,. ;~.~=,: ~!~ analysis of staffing and organization activities to assist in <br />~. ~ comparing staffing levels at peer utility agencies. During the <br /> ~ benchmarkingtask, Carter & Burgess definedthe staffing <br /> and organization data needed from the peer utilities. Using <br /> the data from peer utilities and our knowledge and <br /> experience of the water industry, we compared and evaluated <br /> the staffing levels and organization structure of SAWS <br /> needed to perform its core business and to achieve its strategic <br /> plan initiatives. <br /> <br /> SAWS Information <br />The second phase of the project involves design and final Technology Strategic <br />plan preparation for all recommended improvements with Plan <br />anestimatedconstructioncostof$14.7million. Carter& San Antonio, Texas <br />Burgess will also provide construction phase services that Carter & Burgess is preparing a strategic information <br />will include witness testing of venturi meters and pumping technology plan identifying the vision and recommendations <br />units.
