He specializes in financial planning and analysis, financial modeliog, asset management, information systems technology, operations management, organizational analysis, performance measurement and benchmarking. Mr. Shaw has performed mare than 100 related financial analyses of utilities including rote studies, financial modeling, and review of impact and special fees. Mr. Shaw formerly directed KPMg Pear Marwick LLP's consulting services to govern meat owned utilities fTom 1980 through 1995. Before joining KPMG in 1980, Mr. Shaw was employed at a major metropolitan water and wasrewater utility os a Special Projects Manager and as the Assistant Director of Business where he supervised all accounting, finance, rote, meter, information system, customer service and budget activities. Since, 1980, Mr. Shaw has completed an average of 40 hours per year of training focusing on government and utility services, covering the functions of financial management, informa~on systems and operations management. He has been an active participant in AWWA activities since 1975. Lin Lindsey wilt be responsible for Field Work for this project. Mr. Lindsey has over 35 years of extensive experience in construction inspection and quali~ control for a wide range of projects including water and wastewater, utilities, roadways, airports, ttood control and large mixed- use land developments. His experience includes projed field inspection supervision, contract administration and project coordination. He has also been responsible for construction testing and monthly estimate verification.
