Regular City Council Meeting <br />February 10, 2003 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Plata to table action on <br />agenda Item No. G-3.a, a resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to <br />execute and the City Clerk to attest to a Professional Services Agreement and <br />accompanying evaluation instrument with the City Manager of the City of Paris; <br />Agenda Item No. G-3.b, a resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to <br />execute and the City Clerk to attest to a Professional Services Agreement and <br />accompanying evaluation instrument with the City Attorney; Agenda Item G-3. c, <br />a resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk <br />to attest to a Professional Services Agreement and accompanying -evaluation <br />instrument with the Municipal Court Judge of the City of?aris. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Bell, and the motion carried 6 ayes, 1 nay, Mayor Pro <br />Tem Manning voting no. <br /> <br />After discussion of possible dates that the matter could be deferred to, Mayor <br />Pfiester announced that he was setting a special meeting of the City Council for <br />Monday, February 17, 2003. <br /> <br />At 7:46 P.M. Mayor Pfiester announced that the City Council would take a short <br />break. <br /> <br />Mayor Pfiester reconvened the meeting at 8:03 P.M. <br /> <br />City Manager Malone announced that the City Council had received minutes <br />from the City Council Water & Sewer Subcommittee with no action being <br />required. <br /> <br />Mayor Pfiester announced that the next item on the agenda was receipt of a <br />petition for annexation of approximately 11.316 acres, more or less, known as <br />The Hills No. 3. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, <br />to receive the petition for annexation of approximately 11.316 acres, more or <br />less, known as The Hills No. 3. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br /> <br />
