Entry Ceiling $643 <br /> 2. Stud walls to CMU $507 <br /> 3. Insulated glass $589 <br /> 4. Test hold excavation $3,212 <br /> 5. Added Floor Drain $746 <br /> 6. Slab fill change $1,432 <br /> 7. Added window $179 <br /> 8. Concrete at trenches $955 <br /> 9. Steel Deck $2,966 <br /> 10. Extend walls to roof $10,742 <br /> <br />A full description is attached for the items listed above. The total change order amount for these <br />items is $21,971.00. <br /> <br />There are three deductions involving the animal shelter. The first deduction is that the Humane <br />Society will be donating $40,000 to buy kennels. The second is cabinets, shelving, a small slab <br />and fencing items will be taken out of the items to be constructed. The net deduction for these <br />items total $48,645.00. <br /> <br />The overall change order will be a deduction of $26,674. <br /> <br />cc: Michael E. Malone, City Manager <br /> Larry W.
