There are no clean restrooms and no shade. You have to sit in the sun and people will not go and sit out in the sun.
Our existing parks need improvements.
This park needs help over here for sure on the west side park. Nothing should be done. It should be first on the list.
The restroom at Wades Park was very unsanitary. Also, I was told there are homeless people sleeping in the restrooms at
night - that is very scarey. Police need to check park areas more at night due to kids going there to do drugs, etc. and people
in the restrooms as a place to sleep.
If you want people to take this seriously please give the correct address. Mail sent to 50 W Hickory is returned.
We visited one of the spray parks in Dallas last summer and loved it. You would have to more than one because of the
crowds.
Think of the younger 18 -25 adults with nothing to do in Paris.
Thank you for this long awaited survey.
A bridge needed over south end drainage ditch. The kids walking to Walker Park across street from Justiss Elementary
school desperately need a safe bridge. (near the south end of the water drainage ditch) When it rains, the ditch spills over
with rolling water. The current could drown a good swimmer adult. Paris does not need a drowning child.
Who is going to maintain the parks if you build them? We can't afford to maintain what we have. Somewhere all of this
tax & spend has to stop!
No more parks. We need to spend money on roads and police. The mowing and maintenance is to high for the use. Often
there is noone in the parks.
We need CLEAN restrooms in our parks. Also we need grills so you can actually have a picnic with hamburgers, hotdogs,
etc.
Please consider crossings over drainage ditches for safety!
Indoor Soccer!
A thoroughfare from 271 North (east side- outside of loop) could and should connect the north part of the city to 195 and
beyond and lake area.
Develop Lake Crook.
There is no place to go in Paris is how most people feel & there is nothing to do.
South West Section Comments
Should have cameras to monitor any crimes or situations that might occur. Need sidewalks to parks so you don't have to
walk on the streets.
I love our town but I want my kids to be SAFE and have a good time doing so! Thank you
Please consider building a senior activity center that would be built and operated for all citizens. Exactly like the new one
in south Irving, Texas. It would be a dream come true for the citizens in Paris. Please check it out!
To keep our young people, they have to have things to do in these parks.
If there are so many parks in Paris, it is better to consolidate parks. Sports are interaction, communication encouragement
