If the contractor is a corporation, a person authorized by the by-laws or by the Board of Directors shall sign the <br /> affidavit. If the contractor is a joint-venture of individuals, any of the individuals may sign the affidavit. If the contractor is <br /> a joint-venture of partnerships or of individuals and partnerships, the affidavit may be signed by the individual or any partner <br />-- of any partnership. If the contractor is a joint-venture in which a corporation is a party, separate affidavits must be executed <br /> in the name of the joint-venture; one by each corporation and one by each individual or partnership.
