A contractor working for others must have the specified <br /> insurance for an abatement contractor. <br /> <br /> 1.1.91 Operations and maintenance (O&M) manual - A record of O&M activities <br /> in a public building. The building owner shall record each <br /> individual O&M activity in the manual, including the date of <br /> activity, the persons performing the activity, complete description <br /> of the activity, including methods used to prevent the emission of <br /> asbestos fibers, and the amount of asbestos removed. An updated <br /> total of the amount of asbestos abated shall be kept as a comparison <br /> to the amount estimated in the annual O&M notification.
