The designation of a material as "pACM" may be rebutted <br /> pursuant to paragraph (K) (5) of this section. <br /> <br /> 1.1.104 Prior experience - Experience required of the Contractor on asbestos <br /> projects of similar nature and scope to insure capability of <br /> performing the asbestos abatemen~t in a satisfactory manner. <br /> Similarities shall be in areas related to material composition, <br /> project size, abatement methods required, number of employees and <br /> the engineering, work practice a~d personal protection controls <br /> required. <br /> <br /> 1.1.105 Project designer A person who Ms successfully completed the <br /> training requirements for anabatemex~t project designer established <br /> by 40 U.S.C.
