The 5 Year Plan is ready for review. Denny has placed a copy of the 5 Year Plan in the from <br />lobby for the public to review. A meeting will be scheduled for the public to ask questions and <br />voice their opinions concerning the 5 Year Plan. <br /> <br />Denny informed the board that the demolition request for the 500 block is going extremely slow. <br />The PHA should get an environmental review by next week. Bids will be taken for tearing down <br />the building in the 500 block of George Wright Homes. <br /> <br />Resolution 1- Contract for Audit- Denny Head informed the board that bids were accepted for <br />performing the regular annual audit for the fiscal year 2002. The lowest bid was John Blakeway <br />Certified Public Accountant was the lowest bid and should be awarded the account. A motion <br />was made by Kathleen Edge and seconded by Lillian Brooks to accept the motion to obtain <br />services from John Blakeway Certified Public Accountants. The vote was unanimous 4-0. <br /> <br />Resolution 2- Dispose of depilated ranges and stoves- Denny Head informed the board that the <br />PHA was in possession of several ranges and stoves that were depilated and no longer any use to <br />the PHA. Denny informed the board that these items should be disposed of. Motion was made by <br />Lillian Brooks and seconded by Kathleen Edge. The vote was unanimous 4-0. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman JeffHoog asked if there was any further items that should be discussed, and there <br />being none asked for a motion to close meeting. Motion was made by Annette Grant and <br />seconded by Kathleen Edge. Meeting adjourned at 1:03 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
