Special City Council Meeting <br /> September 19, 2002 <br /> Page 5 <br /> <br />He said it is a million gallons of water a day that the city does not have to pump <br />from Pat Mayse Lake. <br /> <br />Mayor Pfiester announced that the City Council would take a break at 6:52P.M. <br />Mayor Pfiester reconvened the meeting at 7:02 P. M. <br /> <br />City Attorney Schenk said there is a City Council meeting scheduled for <br />September 26, 2002, to vote on the tax rate and the propo~sed budget. <br /> <br />Gene Anderson advised the City Council that the tax rate looks like it is going to <br />be .695 cents, which is one and one-half cents below the rollback. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman <br />Weekly, to approve the changes that were made to the budget tonight. The <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman <br />Weekly, to adjourn the meeting.
