I Public Outreach 2-3 hours <br />Task 4.4 Preservation Plan Presentation 1-3 hours <br />Task 6.1 Public Education 2-3 hours x 3 <br /> <br /> Additional meetings will be held at the client's request and for an additional charge. <br /> <br /> Project Schedule and Workload: <br /> <br />Upon execution of a contract and confn-mation that work may be commenced, Phase 1 <br />will be completed in approximately 6-months. The schedule will vary depending on the <br />number of public meetings and community input requested. <br /> <br />Task 1 - Research Design and Field Survey Plan <br /> <br />Project initiation, overview research and identification of historical trends for the city's <br />commercial disticts will require approximately one month. A preliminary meeting with <br />city staff and Texas Historical Commission representatives should take place as part of <br />Task 1. The Field Survey Plan will be prepared as phases of the overview research are <br />completed. <br /> <br />Task 2.1 - Field Survey <br /> <br />Fieldwork and photography will commence upon completion of a Field Survey Plan. <br />Weather and other unforeseen field conditions will affect the results, but total fieldwork <br />should require approximately two weeks. <br /> <br />Tasks 2.2 and 2.3 - Analysis and Recommendations <br /> <br />Analysis of preservation pr/orities and significance and development of recommendations <br />and maps of the commercial district will require an additional one month. <br /> <br />Task 3 -- Reports <br /> <br />Preparation and publishing of the f'mal Report will require one month for completion and <br />distribution. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Preservation Plan <br /> <br />Development and presentation of the Preservation Plan will require an additional six <br />weeks for completion <br /> <br />Tasks 5 - 6 Web Site and Educational Components <br /> <br />Development of other components will be done contemporaneously with other tasks. <br /> <br /> <br />
