The ARCHITEXAs <br /> team is very enthusiastic about the prospect of working with the City of Paris and the <br /> Paris Historic Preservation Comm/ssion. <br /> <br /> ARCH]TEXAS is the largest historic preservation and planning architecture firm in the <br /> state and has been working to document and preserve Texas' historic resources since <br /> 1978. As the enclosed Statement of Qualifications shows, our experience includes a wide <br /> variety of survey and planning projects throughout Texas. <br /> <br /> This proposal is based on one previously provided to the Preservation Commission. It <br /> differs in that the project is now divided into two phases, and it includes many optional <br /> services described but not priced in the previous proposal. Dividing the project into <br /> phases causes some redundancy and a resulting increase in price. We have worked <br /> through the proposal very carefully and believe we have m/nimized this effect as much as <br /> possible. <br /> <br /> We are currently working on other projects in Paris.
