ASSIGNMENT. <br /> <br /> a. Tenant may not assign this Lease or sublet the Premises without the prior written <br /> consent of Landlord. ~ <br /> <br /> b. Nothing in this Lease shall preclude Landlord from leasing other space for <br /> communications equipment to any person or entity which may be in competition with <br /> Tenant, or any other party. <br /> <br /> 26. Tenant shall pay all real and personal property taxes (or payments in lieu of taxes) <br /> and assessments for the Premises, if any, which become due and payable during the term of <br /> this Lease.
