Public Hearing to consider the petition of Robert Charles Mickens for <br />a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) <br />to a Commercial District (C) on Lot 17, City Block 72A, located in the <br />800 Block of N.E. 7th. <br />Item removed from table. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Robert Mickens wants to install a sit down Bar -B -Que business in the 800 Block <br />of N.E. 7th. <br />Kenneth Mickens is in favor of the petition to change to zoning to a Commercial <br />District. <br />No opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Joe McCarthy to approve as Neighborhood Service and <br />seconded by Curtis Fendley. The motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />7. Recommendation of the Replat of Lot 2, City Block 282, located at <br />655 Martin Luther King Drive. <br />A motion to approve, subject to completing items listed in City <br />Engineer's memo, was made by Marshall Kent and seconded by Joe <br />McCarthy. The motion carried by 5 ayes and 0 nays, Curtis Fendley <br />abstained. <br />8. Site Plan Approval on Oak Creek Business Park. <br />A motion was made to table approval on the site plan at Oak Creek Business Park. <br />Motion was made by Joe McCarthy and seconded by Marshall Kent. The motion <br />carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M. <br />
