Gary W. Kammer, Rt. 6, Box 800, Paris, Texas, wants to build 7, four -plex Senior <br />Citizen housing units. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />A motion recommendation was to approve building 7, four- plexes at this location. <br />Motion was made by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Joe McCarthy. The motion <br />carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />4. Review the site plan of Mirabeau Shopping Center, located in the 3500 block <br />of Lamar Avenue. <br />T.K. Haynes, City Attorney, addressed Planning & Zoning, he has met several <br />times with Mirabeau Shopping Center personnel to discuss traffic patterns in and <br />out of the Shopping Center. <br />No action was taken. <br />5. Site Plan Approval on Oak Creek Business Park. <br />A motion to approve, subject to completing items listed in City Engineer's memo, <br />was made by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Bobby Myers. The motion carried <br />by 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />6. Recommendation of the Replat of Lots 2- 3A- 3B -3C1, City Block 258, located <br />at 2355 East Cherry. <br />A motion to approve, subject to completing items listed in the City Engineer's <br />memo, was made by Bobby Myers and seconded by Nadine Ausbie. The motion <br />carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:05 P.M. <br />
