Public Hearing to consider the Site Plan of Mirabeau Shopping Center, <br />located in the 3500 block of Lamar Avenue. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />John Kirkman, 4010 Jasmine, Manager of Belk Department Store, spoke in favor <br />to "not allow left turn onto Lamar" from Shopping Center. T.K. Haynes, City <br />Attorney, addressed Planning and Zoning regarding a meeting with some business <br />owners who perceived that customers were being inconvenienced with poor traffic <br />flow. Not all businesses were in favor of a change. Four out of 12 owners were <br />not in favor_ <br />Sheryl Vanderburg, 1761 Ballard, had an accident turning into Shopping Center. <br />She suggested that a traffic control light be installed. <br />
