Call meeting to order- Matt Coyle at 4:17 p.m. <br />2. Roll <br />3. Citizens Forum: none <br />4. Motion to approve minutes of January 14, 2014 made by Ashlea Mattoon and Second by Jill <br />Drake. Motion carried. No meeting February 11, 2014 — no quorum. <br />Coordinator report <br />A. Training update: no potential dates ... State office is short handed. <br />B. Building and Business Inventory: ER committee started this project to make a list of all bldgs, <br />bldg. owners and renters. Chris Dux has agreed to help with the ER committee. <br />C. BIG: proposed changes were approved by the Board and will be incorporated into the grant <br />proposal for the April 1, 2014 cycle. <br />D. Grand Theatre: work is currently being done. The marquee will have porcelain banding and it is <br />at Anthony Signs to be refurbished. <br />E. Sidewalk Project: RFP for engineering services will be sent out very soon for S. Main area to <br />Kaufinan St. and from Lamar to 2"a S.W. to south side and back to Plaza. <br />Committee Reports <br />A. Organization- Jill Drake reported that a meeting was held in February and the focus was to <br />set up Sign Up Genius for Wine Fest and Movies in the Park (MEP). <br />
